A coach works with you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, and enhance your skills, resources and creativity to strengthen the leader within you. This could include learning how to set priorities and delegate, and manage conflict situations. In more advanced situations, coaching focuses on complex problem solving, making decisions, developing a long-term vision, communicating effectively and more.

Coaches are trained to effectively listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They don't seek to provide the answers themselves, but work with the client to evoke solutions and strategies, using the client's natural creativity and resourcefulness. Working in a partnership they help build on present strengths that will deliver self confidence and courage in the future.

A coach works with the client to manage the stress of multiple responsibilities that can sometimes be overwhelming. Coaching helps focus on life priorities to keep you grounded and at your best.
